This movie is so fucking cute! Forgive me, because this was just going to be a “joyride” watch, also know as a movie I watch for fun and don’t review — but it was an unexpected good one. Check this one out if you’re looking for romance, but only romance. This one ain’t deep, but it’s the least annoying of that particular brand. They get half a brownie point for some more diverse casting that doesn’t feel perfunctory. Plus, there’s Christmas Magic and y’all know I love that. It absolutely does not hurt that Bethany Joy Lenz and Andrew W. Walker have great chemistry. They good actors, too, and they do what the roles ask of them well. It’s not going to change your life, but if you’re craving a sweet romance… this could be the one.
